https://pinexperience.com/ represents the platform owned and managed by the Club MO Services ltd (hereinafter “the Company” or “PinExperience”), based in Pumphouse Crescent, Watford, WD17 2AA, Hertfordshire, UK, having tax code: 14139046, in order to make public and promote the activity of PinExperience, for your benefit.

In order to achieve our goal, we have prepared the Terms and Conditions (T&C) that govern the relationship between   PinExperience and you, a platform visitor or member. To facilitate understanding of these T&C, please consider the following:

• https://pinexperience.com/ means the platform owned and managed by the Club MO Services ltd (hereinafter “the Company” or “PinExperience”), based in in Pumphouse Crescent, Watford, WD17 2AA, Hertfordshire, UK, having tax code: 14139046;

• Visitor means any person who, through various electronic devices and with internet access (desktop, laptop, telephone, tablet, etc.), accesses the platform;

• Member means any natural person who had the visitor status has expressed his intention to sign up and has joined the PinExperience, after paying taxes;

The content of the platform is the result of associating the creation and experience of  travelers members with the information and images transmitted by the Members. Texts, photographs, graphics as well as any other materials or elements presented or which make it possible to present and operate are protected in accordance with the legal provisions relating to copyright and related rights, as well as those of other forms of protection of creation, for the benefit of PinExperience or, as the case may be, its partners. The content of the platform may not, by any technical means, be copied, distributed, modified, used, etc., for commercial purposes, without the prior consent of   PinExperience.

Also, the member’s posts, comments, and photos, are not falling into the Company’s responsibility, everyone responds for its action, however, PinExperience reserves the right to delete inadequate comments or posts and members which have broken the values of the platform. (have posted false news or ads, inadequate comments or pictures).

If you appreciate the activity of PinExperience and consider that being part of the platform is useful to you, please note that you may send invites to your contacts direct from your platform profile and get rewarded for it. The rewording process is as follows: you get 1 credit for 5 invitations accepted and sent from your profile. One credit is worth 30 euros. You can start spending your credit after a minimum of 30 days within your membership and accumulate minimum 1 credit, exclusively from the online PinExperience accredited shops (which are displayed on the Online Travelers Shop page). In the accredited shops you will be able to purchase holidays, travel accessories, tickets, city breaks, travel-related offers, etc. You will not be able to cash credit or receive the rest from a credit.

Participation in the platform and I’ve been to… groups because they involve more people, in addition to the conditions specified above regarding the fee, also involves the acceptance of the following: conditions of participation, processing of personal data (see Privacy Policy), common-sense rules of conduct for posting and commenting.

The platform PinExperience is meant for travelers, traveling companies/agencies, tourism services, and guides  and anyone who wants to accumulate credit for their future journeys.

The main language used for the platform is English, however, everyone can speak / post in another language or use google translate soft.

We are ruled by the common-sense rules (e.g.: prohibition of any explicit or suggestive statements regarding race, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, social status, beliefs, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, illness, membership of a disadvantaged group, and any other criterion which has as its object or effect the restriction, removal of recognition, the use or exercise, on equal terms, of human rights and fundamental freedoms or of rights recognized by law, in the political, economic, social and cultural spheres or in any other field of public life; prohibition of any insulting or defamatory statements).

PinExperience in case it finds a violation of the rules of conduct in posts or comments by the Members,  have the right to remove the respective Member from the platform and the Member do not have the right to a refund, or to any other right arising from the status of Membership. At the same time, the Company is not responsible for the actions of the Members who violated the rules of conduct and the posting or commenting, the latter bearing all the guilt.
